Innovative design and custom machining of tooling and fixtures for ultrasonic plastic welding, vibration welding and spin welding or bonding conductive materials in applications such as wire splicing, wire termination, batteries, cables, contacts and switches.

We provide design and custom machining of tooling and fixtures for ultrasonic plastic welding, metal welding, and spin welding, as well as multielement  configurations for spot welding, staking and insertion.  Tool fabrication materials include aluminum, titanium, hardened steel, stainless steel and cast polyurethanes.
